How is the age of a customer verified during the registration process?

Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering an account and/or using our services. In order to adhere to state regulatory requirements, we are required to use a 3rd party supplier to collect personal information such as customers’ birthdates to ensure that they are over the age of 18.

How do I change my password?

A

To change your password, please visit the Personal Details area on our desktop site, list your existing password and your choice for a new password. Please note that your password must have 8-25 characters and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. ! * < > $ # % ^ & ( ) + / | ` ~ . , = are invalid characters.

Where can I view a summary of all my transactions on the site?

You can see a complete summary of your entries, deposits, withdrawals, and wins when you visit and wins when you visit the My Account area.
